Her representations span a variety of sectors including the industrial, construction, building materials, manufacturing, cement, real property, and hazardous waste disposal sectors. She is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Mexico and has substantial experience practicing in both jurisdictions. Prior to founding Flores, PLLC, Melina served as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, Vice President of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary for several international public and private companies where she advised owners, board members, executive leadership teams, and other corporate officers on a broad range of matters.
