Flores, PLLC Adds Joshua Geesling to Litigation Team

Austin, Texas — Flores, PLLC is pleased to announce that Joshua Geesling has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in its litigation group, further strengthening the firm’s ability to represent businesses and individuals in complex disputes.

Josh began his legal career clerking for Justice John P. Devine at the Supreme Court of Texas, followed by clerkships with Judges Alan D. Albright and James R. Nowlin in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. In those roles, he worked on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, and constitutional matters.

His experience in both state and federal courts provides a strong foundation in trial and appellate advocacy, which he brings to clients facing high-stakes legal challenges.

He earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating in the top ten percent of his class. While there, he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as a Comment Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review. He also earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University.

Beyond his legal experience, Josh is an Army veteran who served for six years as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army National Guard, including a deployment to East Africa. His military honors include the Army Commendation Medal, Expert Infantryman’s Badge, and the French Desert Commando Badge.
