Nora brings a robust blend of corporate management experience, specialized expertise in technical and professional communication, and research expertise. 

Grounded in a strong business and technical communication foundation that includes an MBA and a PhD, she spent nearly a decade managing operations and driving regional growth in the telecommunications industry. Transitioning from an accomplished career in academia, Nora has extensively researched, presented, and published on topics related to technical communication, emerging technologies, user experience, and language interpretation in court environments, giving her a uniquely nuanced understanding of legal communication and operational processes. 

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she draws on her background in cross-cultural communication, institutional leadership, and complex project management to optimize organizational efficiency and advance the firm’s strategic objectives.
