Flores, PLLC is pleased to announce that Rey Flores has joined the firm as a Partner, strengthening the firm’s complex litigation capabilities.

Rey brings nearly a decade of experience from one of the nation’s leading commercial litigation boutiques, where he represented large corporations and high-net-worth individuals in high-stakes matters across a broad range of industries. His practice focuses on complex disputes, including commercial litigation, trade secret litigation, construction disputes, and personal injury defense.

Rey earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He has been recognized in numerous industry rankings including Chambers, Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, and Lawdragon.

His military awards include the Bronze Star for exemplary service in combat. He is a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, a member of the Calvert Inn of Court in Austin, is on the Advisory Board of the Hispanic Bar Association of Houston, and he serves on Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher’s Service Academy Nomination Panel.
